By purchasing products on the website www.a-ceramics.com, the buyer automatically agrees to the provisions of the MK no. 255 Distance contract rules and conditions described below.
Distance contract
The seller of the goods offered in the online store www.a-ceramics.com, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement: The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer, in accordance with the Buyer's order.
Delivery and payment
The buyer orders goods through the website www.a-ceramics.com, indicating the type and quantity of the goods. The buyer makes a payment for the goods using the payment tools built into the website.
Delivery is carried out through Omniva. The ordered tableware is carefully packed and sent out within 1-3 working days after receiving the payment.
Customers in the Baltic countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) also have the opportunity to receive their order with Omniva. The order will be carefully packed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the payment is received. Delivery can take 1-4 working days, depending on the delivery address or the load of parcels (for example during holidays).
You can receive your order at my workshop in Lejasciema parish, Gulbene district, free of charge, by contacting me beforehand.
The standard delivery fee is 5 EUR, but for shipments over 150 EUR it is free. With the order, it is additionally mentioned that the shipment is fragile, thus guaranteeing that it is sorted manually, therefore, more carefully.
All dishes are packed in an environmentally friendly way, as safe as possible and without using plastic. That's why you can expect a mix of different types of paper in the package.

Right of refusal and return
The Buyer has the right to reject the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Product by sending a letter of rejection to the Seller. The cancellation letter form is sent by the Seller to the Buyer by e-mail at the Buyer's request.
The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 7 days after sending the letter of refusal. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be covered by the Buyer.
The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by neglecting the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.
The characteristics of the products are indicated in the description of each product. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape and other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape, color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
In order to return the product(s) using the right of withdrawal, the buyer must fill out the product return document, attach it to the product to be returned and inform the Seller about the return.
In order to return the product, the Buyer must send an e-mail to ieva.anze@gmail.com, including the order number and reason for return (product defect, damage, missing part, etc.). If the product is delivered with a defect, a photo must be attached to the e-mail. Next, we will contact you. Please note that the costs of returning the shipment are covered by the Buyer, except in cases where the product was delivered to you with a defect or you did not receive the ordered product. When we receive your returned product, we will transfer the purchase amount to your designated account within 30 days.
When submitting a claim, the Buyer must specify one of the ways in which the Buyer wants the claim to be resolved (the Seller eliminates the defects of the Product free of charge (if it is possible to eliminate them), reduces the purchase price, replaces the Product with a Product of similar quality (except for cases where the defects are minor and they arose due to the Buyer's fault), cancel the Agreement and refund the amount of money paid for the Product to the Buyer (if the sale of the Product of inadequate quality is a significant violation of the order)).
When considering the claim, the answer is given within 14 (fourteen) days.

By entering the necessary information, when placing the order, the Buyer confirms that they are familiar with and agree that the data provided by them are used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the legislative requirements of the Republic of Latvia. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
